I say 'sort of' because I cheated - I pulled a snapshot down of all the abilities in eLumen and imported them into my MySQL catalog database. The project goal was to provide an online application to easily get a summary of:

* which abilities are being assessed within a program
* which abilities are not being assessed within a program
* which abilities are being assessed within a course, but within the context of the program (i.e. grouped first by program, then sorted alpha by course name, then by ability number.)

eLumen provides these views, but they are geared for someone who is working with the data. But what if you just want to see the data? In this case, the data isn't confidential - it should be public.

This first version is just a prototype - a proof of concept.
